Member of the Syrian Coalition’s political committee Yasser Farhan accused Russia of failing to fulfill its promises in Syria, stressing that Russia bears responsibility for the ongoing crimes against the Syrian people. Moscow pledged to halt its aerial campaign on the liberated areas during a meeting with representatives of the FSA groups in Astana last week, Farhan said. Local Council in Dara’a Declares City a Disaster Area as Russian Airstrikes Intensify

The local council in Dara’a declared the FSA-held parts of the city a disaster area as the Russian jets continue to relentlessly bomb the city. The intense airstrikes have killed seven people and knocked out six field hospitals in the past few days.
