The Israeli occupation army at dawn Monday struck different areas in the blockaded Gaza Strip with artillery shells.
According to the PIC reporter, two explosions were heard along the eastern borders of the Strip.
At least two shells were fired into Gaza, targeting open areas in Khan Younis and Deir al-Balah, our field reporter explained.
Reports later revealed that a resistance site was hit during the shelling.
No injuries were reported in the Israeli attack.
Earlier overnight, Israeli army said that a rocket fired by Palestinians from the Gaza Strip at the Ashkelon coast had landed in an open area of the Sha’ar Hanegev Regional Council.
