A Palestinian mother and her young children were forced out of their house by Israeli occupation forces and made to wait in the street for an hour in Shuafat refugee camp, occupied East Jerusalem, on 4 July 2017
Israeli forces raided the Shuafat refugee camp in occupied East Jerusalem yesterday and forced a Palestinian woman and her toddler out of their house, leaving them waiting on the street for an hour and a half under the scorching sun.
A spokesperson for the Fatah movement in the camp, Thaer Fasfous, told Ma’an that Israeli forces had raided the house of Daoud Houshiyeh in Shuafat and forced a woman and her toddler out of their house.
Israeli occupation forces then conducted a search on the house.
Occupation forces regularly raid Palestinian homes, often in the middle of the night, with an average of 95 searches taking place each week, according to UN documentation.
