The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Tuesday cordoned off Jenin’s southern town of Yabad and attacked Palestinian civilians.
A PIC news correspondent said IOF soldiers have come down heavily on Palestinians in Yabad as part of a preplanned campaign of collective punishment.
At least three Palestinian civilians were aggressively attacked by the occupation troops and detained for hours while they were working on their land lots.
Palestinian brothers Mahmoud and Samer Bassem Abu Bakr, along with the Palestinian citizen Mohamed Abadi, have been subjected to exhaustive interrogation by the Israeli forces.
The IOF soldiers threatened to subject the native Palestinian inhabitants of Yabad to tougher collective punishment.
Located near the Israeli illegal settlement outpost of Mevo Dotan, Yabad town has been the permanent target of violent assaults by the Israeli army and settlers.
