The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) brutally attacked a Palestinian young man during his detention, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) said.
Following her visit to Etzion prison, the PPS’ lawyer Jaklin Fararja affirmed that the detainee Thaer Omar, 24, was brutally attacked and severely beaten before his arrest near his house.
Israeli forces brutally hit Omar on his head and threatened to shoot and kill him, Fararja said.
He was then handcuffed and taken to Etzion detention center.
Blue marks and bruises are clearly noticed on his body, the lawyer pointed out.
Omar was arrested on Nov. 21 near his house in al-Khalil.
