Israeli occupation forces shot, wounded 47 Palestinian students inside Abu-Dis University in occupied Jerusalem on Tuesday at noon.

Quds Press reporter said that the Israeli occupation forces raided the university and opened fire and threw tear gas canisters at students in campus.

The reporter said that paramedics from the Palestinian Red Crescent treated two students wounded by rubber-coated steel bullets and 45 others who suffered from breathing problems due to the tear gas.

Recently, the Israeli occupation forces have raided the University of Abu-Dis several times, firing tear gas and rubber-steel bullets on each occasion. Students’ education has been disrupted by the attacks.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces raided the Polytechnic University in the occupied West Bank city of Al-Khalil.

Quds Press also reported that the Israeli occupation forces opened fire and threw tear gas canisters at the Palestinian students inside the university.

The reporter said that a number of students suffered breathing problems and received field treatment.
