The Israeli police forces arrested Tuesday five Palestinians in occupied Jerusalem. Three children were among the reported arrests.
A 13-year-old boy was detained after Israeli police stormed Issawiya town for allegedly being involved in stone-throwing attacks.
The boy was then taken to a nearby police station for investigation.
A number of local houses were also stormed during the raid which led to the outbreak of violent clashes. No injuries were initially reported.
Wadi al-Hilweh Information Center has earlier revealed that two twins aged 12 were detained from Shufat neighborhood north of the occupied city.
Earlier Tuesday, 12 Palestinians were detained across occupied Jerusalem and West Bank.
