Again, Israeli occupation authorities has imposed full closure on the occupied West Bank and Gaza Strip during Israeli Jewish holiday.

The two-day closure, the Israeli occupation authorities said, is going to start on Sunday evening.

During such closure, all crossings to the occupied Palestinian territories are closed and nobody is able to get into or leave through them.

According to an Israeli army statement, the exact time that the closure will be lifted will ultimately be determined by a security assessment.

The Israeli occupation army said it would allow Palestinians to use the crossings only in “exceptional and humanitarian” cases, pending approval of the office of the Coordinator of Israeli Government Activities in the Territories.

October is the season of the Israeli Jewish holidays; therefore, the territories had been sealed off several times during this month.

This resulted in severe shortages of main food, fuel and cooking gas supplies in the Gaza Strip, which already has been under strict illegal Israeli, internationally-backed siege.
